I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation. This is a discovery meeting, where you can let me know where you are struggling, and I will let you know how I can help you. There is no obligation to continue if you do not feel I am the right support for you.
Are you Aboriginal / Torres Strait Islander?
I am culturally sensitive as I am of Aboriginal heritage myself. I work with clients who are Stolen Generation and who are disengaged from their culture due to historical trauma and ongoing systematic barriers.
Cancellations.
24 hour notice is required, within reason.
There will be 50% fee charge for cancellations within 24 hours.
Location.
Onsite - I am currently looking for suitable office space.
Outreach - Available and a preferred location will be discussed.
Online - Are available.
Fees.
Individual sessions start at $120 for an hour.
Discounts are offered when multiple hours are booked and paid for.
Discount for those on a Health Care / pension card,
If you are struggling financially and need Counselling, reach out and we will make it happen.
Appointments.
My appointments generally go for around 50 minutes to an hour. However, I do offer short / check in appointments, as required.
